satisfactory stay overall

maintained landscape varied options multiple pools limited entertainment inclusive exclusion overpriced services
the hotel featured a well kept landscape. several restaurants provided varied options. the multiple pools offered relaxation and recreation. there were many points for beach access.
i found the entertainment limited. i noticed that the all-inclusive package excluded some items. persistent salespersons approached guests near the pool. they repeatedly offered overpriced services.

immaculate grounds beautiful beach awful entertainment extra charges
i recently enjoyed a sweet escape. the hotel grounds were kept so lovely and immaculate. the beach was a beautiful place. it was all so dreamy.
Entertainment was awful. i also had to pay for ice creams. That weren't very romantic, or fresh juices. it did.

fantastic stay at a BEAUTIFUL resort

really good aquapark good food great variety
I appreciated the really good aquapark. Both the large slides and kids' area are next to each other. This made it simple to watch all the children. I used the facilities at all three resorts. The food was good and had a lot of variety. IT WAS a great vacation.

The main restaurant featured varied options. I found the food tasty and the menu changed every day. A kids' menu AND a seafood menu were available daily, which suited everyone.

The reception team was especially helpful. Andrew assisted us with a pool view room. The staff at the bar, restaurant, and cleaning services were kind. Their gentleness contributed to a positive experience.

The room was big and spacious. It was cleaned every day with towel and bathroom product changes. The pools are big and two are heated during the winter. GREAT service every day.
